Websites, apps, and AI that actually ship.

Terrikon Labs is a Winnipeg product studio. We design and build websites, mobile apps, custom services, system integrations, and practical AI for businesses across Canada — scoped in plain language, delivered on a date we name up front.

Selected work

The kind of thing we build.

Representative projects across our five services — from a clinic booking platform to an AI intake assistant. Ask us for a walkthrough of any of them.

WebsiteBooking

Online booking platform for a multi-location clinic

Patients book, reschedule, and get reminders online; front desk sees one calendar across locations instead of three phone lines.

Scope: booking flow · staff dashboard · SMS reminders · EMR sync
AppOffline-first

Field inspection app for crews outside cell coverage

Inspections, photos, and sign-offs captured on site — synced automatically when the truck gets back into coverage.

Scope: iOS + Android · offline sync · photo reports · PDF export
ServiceSaaS

Dispatch & billing portal for a regional carrier

Orders, driver assignments, and invoices in one system — replacing a wall of whiteboards and a shared spreadsheet.

Scope: dispatch board · customer portal · invoicing · driver app
Integration

ERP ↔ e-commerce sync for a wholesale distributor

Inventory, pricing, and orders flowing both ways between a legacy ERP and a modern storefront — no more re-keying.

Scope: two-way sync · price rules · order routing · error alerts
AIAutomation

AI intake assistant for a professional services firm

New client requests answered, qualified, and booked automatically — with every conversation logged for staff review.

Scope: assistant on firm's knowledge · CRM handoff · human escalation
WebsiteE-commerce

E-commerce rebuild for a Prairie retailer

A slow template store rebuilt into a fast custom storefront — with inventory synced from the point-of-sale system.

Scope: storefront · POS inventory sync · checkout · analytics
We build with TypeScript React / Next.js React Native Node.js PostgreSQL AWS · GCP · Canadian cloud Claude & OpenAI APIs

Process

How a project runs

The same four steps every time, so you always know where you are.

01

Scope

A working session, then a one-page plan: what we're building, what it costs, when it lands. Free, no obligation.

02

Prototype

A clickable prototype in the first two weeks — you react to something real, not a slide deck.

03

Build

Weekly working demos. Changes are welcome — priced and scheduled in the open, never absorbed into surprise invoices.

04

Ship & run

Launch, handover docs, and a support plan. We stay on for the part where real users show up.

About

Built in Winnipeg.
Working across Canada.

We're an engineering studio based in Winnipeg, Manitoba — central time, central place. Same-day on-site anywhere in the city, easy overlap with both coasts, and plain-language reporting instead of agency theatre.

The name? A terrikon is a man-made mountain — built one careful load at a time. That's how we treat software: real material, stacked deliberately, made to last.
